Greg is an operator first and an acquirer second — he's not a financial buyer looking for a quick return, and he has no interest in acquiring a business just to strip it down or flip it. He brings enterprise-level financial discipline and deep customer experience expertise to every transaction, but applies it in a way that respects what sellers have built rather than replacing it. Greg personally guarantees every acquisition debt, and Total Home Alliance is fully formed and funded — meaning when he commits to a deal, he closes it.
