My Story

My respect for the trades started long before boardrooms and executive titles. I began my career as a custom cabinet maker, spending years in the shop and on job sites learning what it takes to build something with your hands, your name, and your reputation attached to it. That experience shaped how I think about work, craftsmanship, accountability, and the pride that comes from delivering quality to customers who trust you in their homes and businesses.

As my career evolved, I transitioned into operational leadership roles, eventually serving as a Senior Vice President of Operations, where I’ve spent years scaling complex service organizations with a deep focus on customer experience, frontline teams, and sustainable growth. In that role, I’ve led large teams, built repeatable systems, improved service quality, and helped organizations grow without losing the human element that makes them successful.

Total Home Alliance is where those two worlds come together. My hands-on background in the trades, combined with executive-level operational experience, allows me to approach acquisitions differently—practically, respectfully, and with long-term stewardship in mind. My goal is not to reinvent what works, but to support strong businesses through thoughtful transitions, protect the legacy owners have built, and help teams and customers thrive well into the future.
